A long eared white corn from the Six Nations of Ontario, Canada reaching heights of up to 12 feet. ht. The 12-14 inch long ears of solid white corn are a winter keeper and are lyed in wood ashes to remove the hulls, and then cooked in a soup of red beans and pork hocks. Also eaten green during a 3-day milk stage, roasted or boiled.
