(a.k.a. Lavender Parching Mandan Corn) This distinctive flour corn was once grown by the Mandan Indians of North Dakota. The 6-8" ears are clay red colored with a lavender hue and excellent for parching or grinding into flour. Very sought after and early maturity with short, 3-4 foot tall plants, maybe even shorter.
